Lowest static drop, Who has it ?

Who has the lowest static drop? It can be bolt on,body drop or anything else just as long as it's static. Shortest distance between the rocker and the ground.

Just bars no bumpstops right before Portebuilt swap. I would tell all to keep the bars. Cost to rebuild now less than when I got the new on the sceen PB. For 60-62 frame.

I don't have measurements but I'm running 5.5/7 drop on 275/40r18 tires. It looks like the rocker is around 8-10" off the ground going off of the sidewall height of the tire

I'm running a CPP Grand Slam kit and a 2" block in the rear. Lowest part of my rocker is at 6" off the ground. Bottom of control arms are a different story lol..... 2.5"

I had about 1.5" before the front tire would hit the inner fender. Had to take one of the inner fender bolts out to keep it from shredding the tire.

And that is the weak spot for lowering unless you can modify the front fender area.

May be a little smaller tire?

The crossmember was too low already, a smaller tire would make it even lower.

When I bought my truck the front crossmember was about 2 inches from the ground.

So if you slam the truck, the front inner fender is what hits first?

How is the clearance on the rear with a 5-7" drop in rear?

Depends on tire size. You can run a super short tire and have the crossmember bottom out before the inner fender. It'll look silly with that short of a tire though.

I never had any rear clearance isssues at a 6-7" drop in the rear with a small pipe notch. Lower than that, the pumpkin hits the bed floor before the axle tubes hit the frame (with a notch), so at that point you'll need to raise the bed floor and do a step notch.
