Rally wheel cap differences with photos Year help?

2 Attachment(s)
With having a squarebody parts business, I am always coming up with unusual stuff. I had always thought there was only one 6 lug rally wheel cap. So far, I have found three. I have also found 3 different 5 lug caps. Would like info on the eras. The 6 lug cap on the left may be Chevy Luv but I have seen any pictures of them on those trucks. The middle cap(NOS) is what I believe to be the earliest. It is taller than the cap most people are familiar with and only has 3 tabs holding the center in. I am sure this was for easy knockout if you installed manual hubs.

Are you getting your PM's?

I've sent two or three messages regarding the purchase of a tire mount for a 77 K20. No response.

Sorry for not getting back to you quick enough. I have so many ads on so many types of media(eBay, here, Instagram, CL, Offerup, etc) sometimes messages get missed. This is a one man operation and I do the best I can. I will check now.

Any input at all? I really thought this would spark some interest as they are really unique.

I just doubt people get to see as many parts as you. The middle black on chrome is special.

Maybe that is it. The one with the black is part of a NOS set. It is weird to me as they have the bowtie logos instead of 4x4 and centers are designed to be knocked out for 4 wheel drive trucks.

It's weird to me because of the height and black. I've seen plenty with the bowtie. It's awesome. Where did you find it. Oh. I see the tabs. That's different for sure.

Oddly enough, I got a set of 4 off eBay. The height is really weird. I have seen the black on 1975 or so 5 lug caps before.

Are they tall like my center ones?

I think I may have a couple on a 79 one ton van, 16.5 rims.
Oh yeah interesting note on the Baton Rouge Craigslist is a set of 6 hole Rallyes that are only 7" wide! Never heard of that before!

I've sent the boy who has them an email enquiring as to the origin of those wheels. The add says he has a set but only see two in photos. Will report back.

I'd be interested in this too. I've got a set of the black caps that came on my '77 with ralleys. Also have a set of 4x4 caps. I've always thought (with no real proof) the black caps were more rare so I've got them put away and run the 4x4.

He messaged back & all he said was he looked for 7" for a long time & found them in Texas.
Only has the two.

Do the caps have any kind of P/N cast into them? I'm half tempted to dig through the hatzie supplied catalogs and look for changes in P/N.
