Had this in my GMC. It was a dealer installed option.

Thanks for the reply guys. It doesn't work, just thought it was interesting that it has the GM badge on it. I have seen add-on's before (not on these trucks) but they are usually Frigidaire or sears & roebuck or some other brand.

My 70:gmc2: has a dealer add on Harrison unit. Under the hood it looks like a factory set up. Big GM / Harrison compressor.

What compressor does it use? Is the system complete? I took an add-on system out of my '72 Jimmy before I sold it. Uses a small Jap compressor. Hanging in the shop, might try & make it work in the next project..... any A/C is better than none.
