No start

Hello I have a 1964 c10 with a 350 out of a 71 Monte Carlo with an HEI distributor . I recently had starter problems and once I fixed the start the truck fired up I moved it about 20 yards and shut it down and now it won’t start at all it was raining cats and dogs all day and it’s getting fuel I haven’t checked for spark yet and also trying to start it i thought I flooded it so I gave it about 3 hours and still no start .

Are you getting 12v to the + wire on the distributor... keyed power?
