6L80 shifter recommendation

I'm installing and L83 with a 6L80 trans and trying to figure out a good shifter to use. Any ideas would be helpful.

my buddy just did a c10 with a lokar ES6L80GM floor mount unit. it is set up to work in 2 modes. has normal operation but move the shifter right and it operates like a paddle shifter with the module installed, just tap shifter up or back to select gear. good luck.

Thanks. I was thinking about that shifter. Would you know what style and length lever he went with?

Re: 6L80 shifter recommendation

I used a Lokar floor mount shifter in 68 C10 LS/4L60E swap. It uses the rod directly from the shifter to the trans lever. I was concerned it might have some vibrations going down the road but it's dead still. I have Lokar cable type in my 98 Wrangler LS/4L60E swap and it also works very well. I choose the rod type from Lokar because it's a bit cheaper than the cable style.

What length lever did you go with and what bend?
