Re: Sway bar mounting brackets
hey michael, do you know what size bar this bracket uses?
|
Re: Sway bar mounting brackets
They were mounted to the 1.25" bar
|
Re: Sway bar mounting brackets
thats the thicker bar right? trying to see if i can find a way to mount them to my LCA's, have drop cups welded in and they plated the underside!
|
Re: Sway bar mounting brackets
What I did was run the sway bar inside the frame bracket instead of hanging underneath the frame bracket. Works great amd tucked the bar in closer to the chassis. If your frame is boxed in where this mounts, ypu might have to weld them on

Re: Sway bar mounting brackets
well these mounts are no problem, its where the sway bar mounts to the LCAs. they bolt through the top of the LCA...hmmm
ill take them and figure out the rest later, im sure someone has ran a swaybar with plated bottoms. whats the shipping to 77471? |
Re: Sway bar mounting brackets
also, do you have any pictures of the setup you mentioned?

Shipping would be 13.25. Fed ex. Pics are with an oem sway bar you are probably thinking of an aftermarket bar from helwig. I have a set of front and rears for sale too

Helwig front and rear sway bar for coil spring rear. These have flattened ends to take sway bar links. 1.5 in the front and 3" in the rears I'm pretty sure. I dont have links but they're available in most lengths at Napa I'm sure
200 for the pair plus ship |
Re: Sway bar mounting brackets
Would you sell the rear bar separately? If so how much shipped to 46590?
|
Re: Sway bar mounting brackets
i may be interested in that front bar as well if i can figure out how to mount these to my plated control arms!
