so, 'cause I don't know what I should before I get into most projects, I did things back-a$$-wards...
Picked up a set of axles from a 76 K20!! Went and got brakes, seals, bearings, and all the essentials for the rear. So, last weekend, I pull the R&P out, and the guts to the ring are trashed!!! busted off teeth on the clutches, and there's some gear driven spring thingy, and the teeth on it are missing where it contacts the appropriate mating gear, which is also trashed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so freakin' pissed!!!! So, I don't have the play money to purchase new R&P for an axle I don't have to spend money on... And if I was going to blow a wad of cash on the beast, I'd buy cab corners & rockers... OH well, guess they'll be sitting in the back 20 for a couple years until I get around to blowing money on them...
