I've seen the track bar moved to the side of the trailing arm that's toward the center of the vehicle. You're going to have problems with the track bar hitting the frame before your axle runs out of notch to move up in to with the ECE piece. I've seen guys make their notch longer to accomodate for the bar and I've seen the bar moved to the side. I think CPP sells a bar that is already set up to be mounted on the side of the arm that would save you some fab time. I'd also get those brake lines moved before they get pinched off by contact with the frame.
