Re: Horn wont shut off

On my wheel there is only one wire coming out of it and only one place to go. I talked to a person at Grant today and the only thing that he could come up with was to make sure that the wire that goes down into the plunger makes contact with it. So I took it all apart tonight to make sure thats how it went. Same problem.

So with a meter hooked up to the horn wire and where I could see it I loosened the main steering wheel nut and after 4-5 turns the meter read 0. So I pushed the horn button and it worked. New problem is that the wheel is not on tight enough and I would not drive it like that. So I will be calling Grant again tomorrow.

Anyone else have any ideas about this?

Thanks

The other Brad
