Tried grinding the brass thing down. No luck. I picked up a new kit and it appears to be working. I dont get 12 volts to the horn wire unless I push the button now. I turned the wheel left and right picked up and down on it and it seemed to behave. I will go out tomorrow and check the battery. If its dead then I will check out the horn wire. If its pulling power then its getting unplugged and I am moving on to the next thing I need to work on
