6.2 out of a denali.....mods, cant be spilled yet, but you'll see....the DOD, so to speak, is what they call variable valve technoligy (VVT) what this does is adjust the cam by advancing/retarding it while driveing...it does this on both the intake and exhaust...this, in effect, will give the engine good MPG, torque, and awsome driveability.

The VVT phases the cam across the RPM range to effectively improve the volumetric efficiency of the engine. Think of it as adjusting the installed centerline of the cam for optimum performance while the engine is operating. It allows the engine to produce better torque for a given RPM that would not normally be possible in a fixed cam application
