Thanks Rogue! The defuser that I will be using with the vintage air kit is about 3" long and 1/2" wide. I don't have alot of room to play with. The dash has so many curves on the top it's hard to find somewhat of a flat area.

I wondered about a possible whistle from what ever I do with the defroster. It might drown out the wind noise coming from everywhere else.


I will try to test it after I get the air control box mounted.
