Im still putting along with my new garage (dragging my feet on the insulation and drywall). Its 18 x 28. Its the absolute largest garage I can have on my lot with all the zoning rules. Would I love to have a larger space...of course. I can fit one project in there at at time with room to work on all four sides of it. Just keep your space organized and a person can easily work in the "smaller" places like mine.

If I had a giant garage, the way I am I would just cram it full of crap anyway and in the end still have the same amount of space to work around my truck lol.

I am lucky though because my father in law lets me keep all my big stuff (junk) stored out on the farm. But that pile is really starting to dwindle down.
