Well mine was a garage before I changed it into a workout/playroom/rec room  . I put rubber mats on the floor so the kids won't hurt themselves and also make it warmer. I still have to put the cable in and TV, and also insulate the ceiling. Its 24x27. Luckily I have my other shop which is 36x52 to store my trucks and parts. Randy
