This is true about the 6 lug rotors for the 73-87, BUT you must make sure you have the heavy duty brakes and spindles, the 73-87 existing rotors must be 1 1/4 thick ( the spindles/races are different size between the light and heavy duty.... I only could find 6 lug rotors for the heavy duty brakes.. CPP has them... Maybe they are out there but I couldn't find them....
