Basically yes. The GMC gauge panel is longer and I believe narrower that a 64-5-6 Chevy gauge panel. Plus the GMC's still had the switches in the dash below the gauge panel, similar to the '60-'63 Chevy's

In addition to the gauge panel, you will need the wire harness that connects the panel to the connector that is attached to the pedal bracket under the dash. The oil pressure is a mechanical gauge, so you will need to run a line for that. And of course you will need the correct sending unit for the H2O temp. I believe that is all that is needed.
