The owner told me it was an ex government truck, and was an oddball 1992 fleet vehicle likely using the very last leftover parts from the year before. So you're right, theres probably not a single part on this truck thats from a 92, but according to the owner, it did start its life as a 1992. (rather than being the product of a pieced together project) It did start out as a long box 2500 though.
