if you find the wiring going up into the cowl area for the wiper motor (should be just to the passenger side of the brake master cylinder), there is a branch off of it that should be plugged into the cruise module. There should also be a throttle cable coming from the module going to the throttle body. If you could get a pic of how and where the module is mounted, along with the cable routing, that would be great, and a pic of the cruise control on the turn stalk also would be helpful.
