Then do the outer roof work so you could hammer and dolly the welds out and then replace the headliner in 1 piece and add fillers to the sides? Like I said I have not done one of these but on the others I have done I always like full access to the roof skin until I am finished welding it all off.

Kevin your right if i were to do this again i would cut the headliner in one piece. thanks im jumping on this now because i moved closer to where it's at, Its at my parents house and i now live like 10 min from them. before it was 35 mins away.
