I believe a 4L60 but you can make it work for either. A 4L80 has an additional speed sensor that can be added. And there are a couple of pins that would need to be changed on the 20 pin round connector. If you are having someone rework the harness for a swap most will know how to do this. If you are doing a harness yourself there is information in my link below.
It can be made to work either way but I do believe it was a 4L60.
