I didn't realize that the poly would flex that much, but the heat gun sounds like a great idea. Sure beats anything I've come up with so far.

BTW: Got primered on Mothers Day.......and yes, it IS a stepside, minus the fenders. All that stuff is just laying in there, nuthin' bolted down yet. And the bed is sitting on 2X4s until I get the fuel filler worked out. Won't be long!! (Yeah, right!)
