No,I don`t know,I think what I`ve been thinking is what was right then and I still remembered it right today unless I was wrong then and remembered it right which is wrong now.I might have remembered the right thing wrong or the wrong thing right.

Alot of it was tires.There were only so many big tires made.The Gates Commandos and Armstrong Tru Tracs were in 15",so that`s where you saw the 8 x 15s.The factory offered "floatation" tires which were hiway tread.The only truck-rated wide hiway tires were the new 16.5s.
