was able to the header cut out and see what all was going on in there. to my surprise it is not nearly as bad as i was afraid it would be!! the only major rust is right at the two back to back 90*s. in the one picture you can see were it looks wet and that is were the worst of both sides were. i had sad blasted a couple of spots and got covered with a pound when it let loose! that stuff gets every were and here i thought i had cleaned up for the last time
