Build the biggest building you can possibly fit in the yard then start saving your pennies to buy the property next door so theres room for your storage building. I use my brothers 28x28 most of the time and by the time we put the lift in and all the tool boxes engine stand/crane work benches etc etc etc its already too small. It never seems to matter how much space there is it gets filled up. I do reccomend a loft over at least part of it for storage of seldom used stuff. As much ceiling height as you can get is also a big plus especially if you plan to get a lift at some point. Having enough ceiling height is crucial when pulling engines lifting stuff etc.
