One to the coil, the other to IGN UNFUSED terminal on the fuse box. Everythign you see there that is metal is (supposed to be) a ground. If there is a bad ground, your dash lights won't work, nor your fuel guage, and your blinkers would do real funny things.

The one that is marked "Coil" goes to the negitive side of the coil is memory serves me correctly. If your running an HEI then it goes to the terminal marked "coil". Hook it up to the positive side of the coil and it won't work.
