On the rear one could drill the axle flanges to get the proper bolt pattern but you will probable need wheel adaptors for the spacing of the rear end.
I got a set of stock hubs for the front of my 66 gmc and had them drilled to the correct 5 lug pattern for 100.00, you will probably not need spacers on the front if you use a later model crossmember, and drop spindles, they space you out 3/4" plus 1/2" per side so you may not want the adapters on the front so it will be easier to slam the truck.
