I'll get the rebuild kit without clutches and plates, then buy the Alto reds. I see that the Transgo 700-2-3 has a replacement boost valve, and I think it's a .500. If that's OK, don't bother to respond. I'll also get the sprag and the unbreakable pump ring kit. (Unbreakable is good!)

I've decided to disassemble the tranny before ordering to see what I bought for $80 (the Craigslist tranny purchase price). Might be a short while. I'm working on the sedan's 4-wheel discs today. Retirement is great!

EDIT: I actually bought the Master Rebuild Kit (Transmission Parts USA p/n 35002, $94.27) with clutches because I needed all the clutches except the 3-4's. See Clinebarger's post #4, below.
