I was doing some research on the spider fuel injection the other day to see if they have come up with a fix the poppets getting clogged. I have replaced several of the spider injection units when I worked at a GM dealer and it was an expensive job. I was thinking about getting a late '90s ext cab, but was leary to get one because of the fuel system. If can find a ext cab long bed to replace my '89 reg cab, I will definately do this conversion. Its hard to shift gears when the stick shift hits the car seats! Anyways I found these two links that some might find helpful.

I have never done this swap before, so I can not answer any questions on this coversion. From what I read it seems straightforward, you just have to put the injectors in the right ports. Hope this will help some one and yah'll have a good day.
