Wow ! thats some serious damage on the balancer. Never seen that before. They make a repair sleeve that goes over the snout of the crank but yeah if it wallared the keyway there aren't too may options other than pulling the crank. I've seen people put a small weld holding the key on the crank with a new balancer. If the balancer doesn't press on (too loose) I would definately use the repair sleeve. otherwise you gotta do what you gotta do to make it last untill you can get a new crank or engine built.
