Re: Sauer's Garage builds

And that all leads up to this. First of all i want to thank Delmo for thinking outside the box and starting such a cool truck and Sam for having/letting him do it. after selling the orange and white truck we didn't have a driver anymore. checking the forum and ebay every day looking for a clean original paint lwb i never found anything nice enough to pull the trigger on. then one night before bed doing my nightly checks i stumbled across a build called "angelo". i watched it for a couple weeks and decided to pm delmo. he got back to me telling me who owned it and a month +/- later i was looking for a shipper. thanks, sam!
being a shop i took allot of heat from my buddies, why dont you build one your self? with a 2.5yr and a 6mo old, customer work, and the 2 other frame offs i have going not to mention the 72 swb 4x4 super chy stashed in my aunts garage. WHEN, and besides that i didn't want to copy delmo and sam idea.
I promised the misses i would not tear it apart so i need to keep it driveable. the interior was rough and will be getting some updates. tilt, tach, am/fm/ipod, buddy buckets and door panels. vintage air and some firewall work. i will try to do some updates. glen
