I am using a new carrier in AAA Cooper. I literally have not had time to be home and pallet the doors and/or be around for pickup. I am my father's full time caretaker which means administering IV's, antibiotics, PICC lines, biliary bag/tubes, meds, etc. It is not my intention to gain sympathy or make excuses. Until these recent weeks I have upheld professionalism and courtesy with all members...buyers and sellers alike and appreciate everyone involved with this site. Nonetheless, I have been at my wits end but that should not reflect on my performance but inevitably it has. I assure you and others alike, everything is being shipped today either UPS or USPS and your doors will be picked up hopefully tomorrow or by Wednesday GUARANTEED latest. I have printed the BOL numerous times just to find that same day pickup was not available for that days route and the next day was occupied by doctor's appointment and other medical obligations.
