Sounds like someone special ordered it or there are a few dealers out there that are still smart.
That'll be awesome on gas, 21-22 on the highway and maybe a bit more with a decent tune. The HT was a GMC, but it sounds like this one was optioned exactly the same, down to the crank windows. Great rig for a DD, if you can work out a deal I'd jump on it.
