That really sucks and I hope you heal up fast. Gotta be careful out there, bike or car. I have plenty of dumb car driver stories too. When you put on about 50,000 miles a year you see a lot of stupid stuff. I've been run off the road, had cars stop on the freeway in front of me (left lane heavy traffic), more than once sat helpless staring at my rearview mirror watching the tire smoke come off locked up tires of the car or truck behind me trying to avoid a crash that I narrowly avoided. And thats in good weather.
The crazy stupid stuff I've seen in winter driving is worthy of a thread of it's own. Speaking of which, sorry for the thread-jack.
How long before you fire this thing up?
