I finally have had some time to work on this pos and spent even more time researching how to use the photobucket app.
I don't know how interesting they are but I took quite a few pictures of the rear fender in progress. While not too complex, these fenders are so large and awkward I decided to make them in 4 pieces.
Step 1; cutting out and marking the blank for shrinking

Using the arbor press with thumbnail dies I made I start a round of shrinks using the grid that's laid out.

This is what it looks like as it starts to take shape

With some wheeling and wrestling with it the shape starts to look like intended
