Update - So I finally got around to taking my truck to the California Highway Patrol Office so they could do A Vin# check on the replacement cab. DMV required this step. The cab came back clean so now when the truck is drive able I have to take it back and they will install a new Vin plate that has matching numbers to the frame. I haven't done much work on the truck lately just been buying small parts and tools for the bodywork. Now I can get started taking the truck back apart and get some bodywork and paint going.
