1) yes, if its coil rear. If not you will need to weld on new saddles. 2)Maybe. Break out some measuring. Tools. My rear was a little wider. My 1962 trailing arms are wider than the ladder frames. Had to weld saddle on out side the ones on my 12-bolt.
