gbrown, I don't know which models would be a direct bolt in for your truck. Off the top of my head, I'd assume '60-'62/'63, but I'm not sure. Regarding your comment about rebuilding being more than another rear, this truly depends on what is wrong with your rear to begin with. If it is simply the seals and bearings, you're better off replacing those and moving on. If it has something to do with the a posi-unit or gear set, it would boil down to hoping the new unit is better than the one you're removing. Some of the cost can certainly be mitigated by you doing the work yourself and finding friends who have done rebuilds as well.
