I have a press brake at work, and many other sheetmetal fab tools so no prob there other than the curve. That will be a pain!

Man you are kicking that trucks butt now! The welds look much better, have ar/co2 now? The previous looked to have the old flux core white ash on the welds. I have to do the same on mine in the cowl area, well maybe a little smaller just the outer skin. I cut a section out then decided I had to do it all right and switched from "fix rust/install drivetrain" to full on frame off resto. The cab is looking great in primer, congrats you have passed a big milestone on this truck defeating the rust!
