Not sure if Brothers has stock height replacement springs or not. Maybe they sent you the wrong set?

I ordered 4" lowering leaf springs from Early Classic Enterprise and got about 4 1/2" lower. Rides great and still has a lot of load capacity.

Edit: Forgot I was in the Suspension Section and not 60 -66 Section. My leafs are for a '66 GMC.
