Now, that is a tip I have not gotten before. I am using .030 wire. Not sure about the tip, but it is the appropriate one for the wire size. I will get some .024 and see what happens.
I don't know what the Argon/Co2 mix is. The local welding shop refilled it for me. I have the gauge on the tank set between 9 and 10 usually.
