I don't have pics, but when we converted the '65 I just removed the clutch pedal, then for cosmetic reasons, I cut off the clutch pedal, just above the offset "steps"(closer to the pivot) Then I marked and cut the brake pedal off, 2" lower,providing and overlap. I welded the clutch pedal to the brake pedal arm, and the offset moved the pedal pad about 2 1/2" to the drivers' side, which to me, made it alot more comfortable and looked better..
