Most of the vendors have them. Remember, you will need the 1963 Factory Service Manual (FSM) and the 1966 FSM Supplement.

You can always search eBay but good luck with any problems. I prefer the actual book over the CD ROM version.
I've read mixed reviews about the assembly manuals. Wiring diagrams are abundant and available free online, so save some of your cash and just get the FSM and 66 Supplement.

Truck and Car Shop in Orange, CA. see item #63-17804 for the 63 manual $38 link = http://www.truckandcarshop.com/trucks60_72/t60_156.html
and item #66-17807 for the 66 supplement $19.

LMC Truck has them. Link = http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cbe/full.aspx?Page=109 Look at the top left corner of page 109 in the catalog.

Classic Parts - same price as LMC. http://www.classicparts.com/Manuals/products/173/
