Would Courtesy Lights be listed on the SPID?

I have a 1972 Blazer with Courtesy Lights, but nothing noted on the SPID.

Although there is an option 1YF510 that is "California Assembly Li"...could this be it? I always assumed this was part of the 1972 California emissions package.
