I hate buying anything that was just painted, he hasn't even reinstalled the markers yet.
Suspension looks normal to me, seen it on lots of trucks. Some shortbeds do look a little off (sucked in towards the front) with certain wheel/tire combos, at certain picture angles. Of course, it wouldn't hurt to look at the glovebox (see if SPID with wheelbase is listed) and check the frame.
