Not worried per say .. just saying my intentions where to show what it could look like if the new owner liked that sort of thing. IF it were mine, it would be dropped by sundown. He did ask for opinions about what makes the trucks worth more money with wheels on them.
If it had 'that look' (4/6, 18's or 20's) Id see it as a 12-14k truck just from the picture and description. Even a basic paint job nowadays is 2-3k. It tough to buy good materials for less than $1k. Id say its worth a look, but not sure Id give $9500 for it as it sits.
