I spent a couple hours doing the same thing last night. The best I could get it was to where it was just barely rubbing the WP pulley and it's cut down so the nose of the fan is almost on the radiator. It's just not going to fit. My radiator is only 17" wide by 16.5" top to bottom (fin area). The contour fan would fit width - wise, but being a dual fan, I don't think I could cut it up and make it work properly, plus it's only a single speed fan, I would need both.

I love the Taurus fans. I used one on my 99 S10 back in the day. I had it completely hidden within the factory shroud.
