My windows are stock with 60% glass, I drive a mercedes with the tint option.. so not window film (I tryed to tell the officer... but he didnt really care). legal in Mn, not in Ia.
I payed the ticket, Im just 1 of the 85% of ticketed offenders from out of state. So I wont be traveling in IA anytime soon, well ever for that matter too expensive.
