You know I am just amazed at what kind of prices these trucks bring, high miles and all. Late model fuel injected engines are lasting a lot longer extending the useable life of the vehicles. The cost of new trucks are high so the used prices are high too.
I used to think the dealers were behind the high used vehicle prices but, really, it's not Barrett/Jackson's fault or Dana Mecum's fault, it's the consumers directly responsible for pricing. As long as the buying public is willing to pay the high prices the dealers will continue to price them high. If we, the buying public, refuse to pay those prices dealers will have no choice but to lower their prices. That goes for anything else too. As long as people are willing to pay the high prices for products the prices will continue to climb for new and used.
