Can't really do any pics because it's buried under the top dash.
Basically, just replaced the speaker in the center of the dash with a small fan.
It's not tied into any original ductwork, just a fan pushing extra air to the windshield.
Cooling fans you find in computers and electronic gear, or used to find at Radio Shack
Make sure they're 12 volt DC. Tapped into a power source (like cig lighter) and put a toggle switch under the heater controls.
I took a speaker sized piece of thin plywood, cut a circle out of it, and screwed the fan to it. Painted the top side black so you don't see it through the speaker grille slots on the top dash. I just kinda wedged, glued, and screwed the plywood into where the speaker was. This was done while the glove box liner and radio were not yet installed. I figured if there was no speaker there, why not use the space and existing dash slots for a center air supply. I just remember the times driving down the road, peeping through the two circles of a foggy windshield, wishing I had more vision.
