I didn't put the engine in myself (the only thing I didn't do myself), I didn't have the equipment or space to do so. But the guy some how used the stock power steering lines. I can get some pictures for you if you want.
I think I need to raise my tranny a little, I will have to feel around and see if I can.
MPG wise I see around 18 highway which is less than I thought I was going to get but I do have it tuned to run like a mad man so.... I really like the swap and am glad I did it, just make sure whoever tunes your 6l80 knows what they are doing. I guess it is a different animal than the 4l80.
Thanks for the info on the crossmember, I will look them up.
One other thing, watch where you put your mufflers, I have 40 series flowmasters right behind the cab under the bed with no "X" or "H" pipe and they are loud as heck in the cab with drone effect... I hate it, makes any trip over an hour painful.
